hzay Terms and Conditions

To open an account and enjoy services at hzay, users must meet the eligibility requirements below.

2.1 Age Restriction

Users must be at least 21 years old to create an account at hzay. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited. We may request age verification documents at any time if required.

2.2 One Person One Account

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person ("duplicate accounts") are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and any associated bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing incorrect or false information is a violation of the Terms and may result in account closure. If you need to update your information, please contact the support team.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

2.5 Verification Process (KYC)

Before deposits or withdrawals, hzay may verify your identity for security purposes. The following documents may be requested if needed:

• National ID card (NID) or a copy of passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill)
• Proof of ownership of payment method

If documents are not submitted, the withdrawal process may be suspended.

hzay offers various bonus and promotion offers. However, each bonus is provided under specific terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To claim this bonus, a minimum deposit is required and the bonus amount must complete 15x wagering before withdrawal.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once, unless the promotion terms state otherwise
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another user
• If a withdrawal is attempted without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus will be cancelled
• hzay reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time
• If abuse of a promotion is detected, the account may be closed

4.3 VIP Program

The hzay VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period. Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after expiry. The expiry date will be stated in the details of each promotion.

hzay is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

6.1 List of Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, cheating, or attempting to mislead other users
• Abuse of the bonus system (bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, etc.)
• Any attempt at hacking, malware, or breaching platform security
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity through an account
• Placing bets on behalf of or using the funds of third parties
• Playing games using automated bots or software
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting other users
• Infringing the intellectual property of the platform

6.2 Account Closure Rules

If the prohibited activities above are detected, hzay may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. In such cases, any bonus and promotional funds in the account will be forfeited. A decision on returning the original deposit amount will be made following an investigation.

6.3 Voluntary Account Closure by User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. An opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed, subject to any ongoing wagering requirements.

8.1 Setting Your Own Limits

Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits at their own discretion. Contact our support team for assistance with setting these limits.

8.2 Self-Exclusion Feature

8.3 Minor Protection

hzay is committed to keeping minors away from gaming. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software on shared computers or devices.

10.1 Right to Amend Terms

hzay reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify users in advance via email or through the platform.

10.2 Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as your agreement to the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account.

10.3 Enforceability of Terms

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining parts will remain in full effect. A waiver of any part of this agreement will not be considered a waiver of any other part.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between hzay and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by this document.
